Hinges - Clamp Style Hinge - Adjustable - 40mm

Adjustable clamping hinge - in this case to fit 40mm RHS gate. 

Clamp fits over your gate while the faceplate can be fastened to your post.
 
Fastening to gate can be with 8 x rivets OR 8 x tek screws.

 

• Square faceplate. 
• Adjustable threaded rod 16mm dia x 130mm long.
• Post faceplate: 100 x 100mm (this can vary depending on stock at the time - check with us first if critical)
• Face plate holes: 11 mm dia. 
• Clamp: 41mm inside width. 
• Rivet hole size: 5 mm dia. 
• Min distance from gate face of clamp to post plate face: 70mm. 
• Max distance from gate face of clamp to post plate face: 110mm. 
• Threaded rod can be cut shorter when installing if required. 

Powder coated black.

Suitable for gates up to 150 kgs
