Gate Post Stop

EasyGate has developed a cost effective way to eliminate the need for a gate stop in the middle of the driveway. The New EasyGate "Post Stop" is fitted to the opposite side of the gate to the automation and transfers the physical forces to the gate post instead of the driveway stop. Ideally suitable for driveways that have a small slope running up into the property, eliminating the need for the EasyGate Rising Hinges.

EasyGate issues specific operational guidelines for the "Gate Post Stop" to prevent structural damage to gate hinges and frame. Usage Requirements and Constraints Gate Dimensions: Recommended for gates up to 1.8m wide per side. Environmental Factors: Only suitable for low wind locations due to the high pressing pressure developed near the hinge. Gate Construction: Optimized for lightweight picket-style gates, like the Manor Style, which features round aluminium pickets with approximately 80mm gaps to allow for airflow. Control Board Tuning: The control board must be tuned to a maximum of 3 amps. Exceeding this limit can cause excessive force that may damage the gate hinges.
