Tongue & Groove Sliding Gate

Price includes the following:

• Aluminium Tongue and Groove Sliding Gate
• 2 x steel wheels with sealed bearings. 
• Wheel track double the length of gate to anchor to your driveway
• Concrete anchor pins for the wheel track
• 1 x top roller guide bracket
• 1 x side/butt mountable end catcher to be mounted onto your post to capture front top corner of gate
• 1 x top guide rail fastened to top of gate to reduce paint wear area from the top guide rollers rubbing on side of gate
• 1 x ground stopper for rear bottom of gate
• 2 x end plugs for the tails at rear end of the gate

Frame Length: 1m to 8m (not including the 300mm tails at one end)

Frame height: 1m to 2m (based on an installed gate with wheels and wheel track)

Tail length: 300mm top and bottom at one end

Sides and top rail: 50 x 50mm or for larger gates we use 80mm x 50mm 

Bottom rail: 100 x 50mm Ideal for strength in the frame and suitable to mount gear rack for automation kits

Tongue and groove: 127mm wide each framed with special screw fastened profile

Layout: Horizontal or vertical

Centre rib: 25 x 50mm (house side) if needed

Quotes:

To get a quote for your gate, please confirm by phone or email your delivery address, name and contact number. We will need your distance between your current posts and the finished height you want. If you do not have post please tell us as we can also quote on alloy ones. Please also check if there is any slope to the current driveway (left to right of the posts) as this will affect the quote and the finished look of the gate. A sloped driveway cost approx. 20% more than a standard level gate. Once we have this information EasyGate will then generate the quote and email this to you for confirmation (sales@easygate.co.nz)

 Once confirmed a 20% deposit is required to start the order process and placement on the EasyGate fabrication scheduling. Allow about 10-15 working days to complete the gate ready for delivery.  Balance of payment is due when EasyGate is ready to deliver your gate. Installation not included
